NineLeaf Waterproof Electrical Boxes for Project Enclosure
This set includes a NnieLeaf Large junction box and 20 pcs IP68 cable connectors in 5 different sizes. The waterproof junction box is made of ABS plastic and has an IP66 waterproof rating, ensuring solid construction and a good seal to protect against sun exposure, dust, corrosion, and splashing water, making it very suitable for outdoor use. The outer box size is 181111100mm, and the inner box size is approximately 17210090mm, with a grey color and a surface-mounted design.
The DIY opening hole design greatly ensures the sealing of the waterproof project box, allowing for up to 10 holes to be distributed on the 4 sides and bottom of the waterproof box. With 5 different sizes of cable glands, users can make holes according to their needs, with cable ranges from PG7 (0.12 - 0.25 inches) to PG16 (0.33 - 0.55 inches) and thread outer diameters from PG7 (0.49 inches) to PG16 (0.88 inches). The thread minimum length is 0.35 inches, and the maximum length is 0.39 inches.
The IP68 waterproof cable glands come with gaskets for bulkhead mounting, ensuring a waterproof seal against the surface they are being installed on. Additionally, the waterproof project box can be configured with 20 mm cable glands joints, which can be purchased separately according to the user's needs (ASIN: B077QMB3MG).
The waterproof junction box is suitable for a variety of outdoor applications, including aboard, in garages, houses, gardens, farms, ponds, underground, on terraces, in workshops, construction sites, and for external wiring or lighting.
