Mobile Solutions Stencil Tape for Brother P-Touch Printers

The STe-141 stencil tape from Brother is specifically designed to help you create useful stencils for easily readable, safety-compliant results. With a thermal-sensitive layer that masks ink, etching chemicals, or special fluids for direct part marking, this tape enables you to create unique stencils that can be used to label components and parts. You can add individual SKU numbers, part numbers, or logos to ensure everything stays permanently marked.

To use the tape, follow these steps: 1. Rewind the green gear in the counterclockwise direction to ensure the tape is tightened. 2. Print the desired words or designs. 3. Fix the label with adhesive tape, but do not cover the words on the label. 4. Turn on the power supply, apply the electrolyte on the current head, and then use the current head to gently press the label words about 3-5 times. 5. Cut off the power and tear off the label, then remove any residual electrolyte.

This non-adhesive stencil tape is widely used in chemical etching applications, factories, offices, schools, hospitals, and stores. With special chemicals, it can be used to mark indelible, durable, and clear text, numbers, or barcodes directly on metal equipment, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and hard alloy steel.

The tape is compatible with a wide range of Brother P-touch label makers, including models PT-1300, PT-1400, PT-1500, PT-1600, PT-1700, and many more. It comes in a pack of 10 replacement tapes, with a size of 3/4 inch (18mm) x 9.8' (3m) and a black-on-clear color.
