To use the hearing aid, first open the battery compartment door and insert the battery with the sticker-side facing up. Remove the battery sticker and let it interact with the air for 1 minute to maximize power. Ensure the (+) side of the battery is facing up before closing the door. The hearing aid will start working within 3 seconds.

It is recommended to adjust the volume to the minimum before wearing the device, then slowly increase it to a suitable level once on your ear. The technical parameters include: MAX-OSPL90 ≤114 dBSPL, HFA-OSPL90 105±3 dBSPL, Peak Gain 40±3 dB, HFA Full-on Gain 34±3 dB, Frequency Range F1≤200Hz, F2≥5000 Hz, and Eq. Input Noise Level <29 dB with current ≤1.90 mA.

To adjust the volume, short push the up button to increase and the down button to decrease. Long press any button for 3 seconds to enter mode selection.

For the first week, start wearing the hearing aid in quiet environments for 1-2 hours per day, as you get used to the unfamiliar sounds. In the second week, wear it 4-8 hours per day while exploring natural sounds like bird chirping. By the third week, you can wear it in noisier public areas like restaurants, adjusting the volume and mode as needed. Finally, in the fourth week, gradually increase your wearing time until you feel comfortable using it throughout the day.

If your hearing aid whistles, it's likely due to feedback caused by improper fit or wax buildup. Adjust the volume, ensure a snug fit with the right ear domes, and clean the device regularly to resolve this. The low battery warning signal (beep) will notify you when it's time to charge.

Proper maintenance, such as keeping the hearing aid away from heat, moisture, and chemicals, will extend its lifespan. If one of your devices stops working, contact the service team for prompt assistance. Avoid common causes of damage, like dropping, improper storage, and exposure to water or hair products.
